Valentyne restaurant & club: a timeless place that marks the return of glamour, music and 1930s atmosphere.

Amidst fine marble, mirrors, brass, feathers, white veined and hand grouted ceramics in gold leaf and the flamboyant velvet of seating and draperies in unconventional shades for an unconventional time including cherry red, zinc yellow, Prussian blue and Viva Magenta.

Tuesday through Sunday from 7:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. relive the charm and charm of that era.
Charming atmospheres and a seductive gastronomic offering characterize the Valentyne Restaurant & Club inside the Hotel Valadier at Via della Fontanella 15 in Rome.

A lounge with an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere that focuses on a proposal with an international allure and at the same time refined and informal. A bar area with a three-dimensional crafted wood counter and a scenographically lit brass-painted back bar are accompanied by an excellent and creative cocktail menu.

Paired with the drink list here is the “All night long” menu with a few, but sought-after and selected dishes, where the protagonist is amazement and excellence of raw materials.

To seduce the eye and palate here are the new dishes divided into Gastro Top, Jazz e Bites.

Among the unmissable proposals the selection of 3 Caviar, the red prawns Carpaccio, the pork cheek with BBQ sauce, the sliced beef steak Hanami Sakura, the poché eggs with caviar or truffle and aged cured fish.

Cocktail Bar

The drink list is designed by bar manager Alessio Bragalone.

Among the offerings in this sensory workshop are “Apple Jack” with whiskey and fir scent, “Kuroshio” with gin, lavender charcoal mousse and Matcha tea and “Babuska” with karkadè-infused vodka, lychee and mamajuana smoke presented to customers in an original wooden matryoshka.

A retro atmosphere with live music in jazz and swing style Tuesday through Sunday from 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Among the featured artists: Swing Dogs, The Swing Barriques, Francesca Faro, Anthony Jaffa, Marika Lermani, Nadia Straccia, Trio Borghese, Chiara Talone, Renato Gattone and Mario Donatone, Eric Daniel, Valeria Rinaldi and many others.
